Now the best part of a virtual event is there literally is no cost for venue, lighting, and all the other nonsense that it takes to put on a live event. This is sooooo much easier of a production to pull off.

If this is a paid event, make sure to have a password protection, or authentication to who should be on the event vs who is a freeloader. 

Set expectations of where you want people to watch the event from in Xpand. Try to get people to be in a quiet, comfortable space where they can be fully present. Make sure to record these. Invite people to turn on audio and participate as much as possible. This keeps people on their toes. 

You may want to leverage your live events and turn them into virtually streamed events in Xpand. This will make it easier to reach a bigger scale of people that couldn’t travel. But this also can distract from the people that are committed to make the journey to show up in person. You don’t want to give people an easy excuse not to show up in person by offering this option on some events.
